Fuel Associate

Wawa is hiring a Fuel Associate at Store 8344 in Ramsey, New Jersey. This is a full-time position for a customer-focused team member to deliver excellent service at our fuel pumps and station.

About the Role

As a Fuel Associate at our Ramsey location, you'll be the face of Wawa's fuel service, helping customers fuel their vehicles quickly and safely. You'll work at the pump island and station, maintaining equipment and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who stops by.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fuel pump operation and answer questions about fuel grades and options
• Monitor and maintain fuel pump equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Keep the fuel station area clean and organized, including pump islands and surrounding surfaces
• Handle customer payments and transactions at the pump or point of sale
• Stock fuel-related supplies and track inventory levels
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures consistently
• Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work full-time hours
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Attention to safety and detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
