What This Role Involves

As a Bilingual Teller at WF in Greenville, you'll serve customers at our branch, handling their banking needs while providing support in both English and Spanish. Your bilingual ability makes you essential to serving our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring everyone receives accurate information and excellent service regardless of their preferred language.

What You'll Do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other customer transactions with accuracy
• Assist customers in English and Spanish throughout their banking interactions
• Handle cash and financial instruments while following all security and compliance procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve transaction issues professionally
• Introduce WF products and services to customers and identify opportunities to support their financial needs
• Maintain branch appearance and organization standards while supporting team members
• Learn and apply WF banking systems and operating procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Customer service experience in a professional, customer-facing role
• Comfortable handling currency and performing accurate cash transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment while managing multiple priorities
• Willingness to master WF technology platforms and banking procedures
