WF is seeking a Senior Premier Banker to fill a full-time position across 2 Locations. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with high-net-worth clients and deliver personalized financial solutions while advancing your banking career.

Position Summary

As a Senior Premier Banker, you will lead comprehensive wealth management relationships and provide advisory expertise to affluent clients in the Greater Vine District. This position combines strategic business development, sophisticated financial planning, and dedicated client service to grow and retain a profitable portfolio of premier relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term advisory relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Assess client financial objectives and recommend integrated solutions across investment, credit, and deposit services
• Originate loans and manage credit relationships while identifying ancillary business opportunities
• Deliver wealth planning guidance and coordinate specialists to address complex financial needs
• Generate revenue through business development and cross-selling across the institution's service lines
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of client service and professional conduct

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in premier banking, relationship management, or wealth advisory services
• Deep knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management best practices
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Strong track record of business development and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex client needs and multiple priorities with precision
• Relevant industry licenses or willingness to obtain (Series 7, Series 65, or Series 24)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
