About This Position

As a Senior Premier Banker, you'll cultivate deep client relationships with affluent individuals and families within your assigned territory. This full-time role emphasizes trust-based advisory partnerships, comprehensive financial planning, and business development. You'll leverage WF's complete range of banking, investment, and wealth solutions to provide integrated guidance tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary banking and wealth management advisor
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning services, including investment guidance, credit solutions, and estate planning advice
• Identify client needs and recommend integrated solutions across WF's full service portfolio
• Oversee client accounts and coordinate with specialists to ensure comprehensive wealth management
• Conduct regular client meetings and relationship reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
• Develop business through referrals, networking, and strategic client engagement
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-touch retail banking
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management and revenue generation
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth planning concepts
• Series 7, Series 65, or equivalent securities licenses (required or obtainable)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Strong interpersonal abilities and natural talent for building trust with affluent clients
• Proficiency with banking platforms and client relationship management systems
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
