WF is seeking a full-time Personal Banker to join our branch in Grass Valley, CA. In this customer-facing role, you'll build meaningful financial relationships with our community members while helping them navigate their banking needs and achieve their financial goals.

What This Role Involves

As a Personal Banker, you'll be the primary financial advisor for customers in our Grass Valley branch. You'll spend your day understanding each client's unique circumstances, identifying their financial priorities, and guiding them toward solutions that genuinely serve their situation. This is hands-on work in a dynamic branch environment where relationship-building and attentive customer service form the core of your day-to-day impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with existing and new clients
• Listen carefully to customer financial needs and recommend appropriate accounts, loans, and investment products
• Open new deposit and investment accounts while ensuring accurate account setup and compliance
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Educate customers on available banking products, services, and financial literacy topics
• Actively pursue client acquisition and service expansion within your assigned territory
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and security standards
