Requirements

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience with 6+ years in a management or senior technical leadership role
  • Proven expertise developing specialty software for FICC markets (fixed income, foreign exchange, or commodities trading)
  • Strong foundation in distributed systems, high-performance computing, and enterprise software architecture
  • Track record leading and scaling engineering teams in competitive, fast-moving financial technology environments
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and building high-caliber technical organizations
  • Working knowledge of fixed income instruments, currency markets, and commodities trading mechanics
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence across business and technology stakeholders
