Forklift Operator

About This Position

This is a full-time forklift operator role at Westlake in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. You'll play a critical part in our material handling and warehouse operations, moving goods efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards. Your Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and facility
• Inspect equipment before and during shifts to identify mechanical issues and ensure everything is functioning safely
• Stack, arrange, and organize materials in designated storage areas, following location and labeling protocols
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and warehouse inventory movements
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations to protect yourself and your team
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks and meet production schedules
• Report hazards, equipment damage, and safety concerns immediately

Who We're Looking For

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification (required)
• Proven experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing, lifting, and operating machinery
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and maintaining records
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
