Director, Clinical Operations

Wellsky is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical service delivery and operations strategy from a remote location. As Director of Clinical Operations, you'll own the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of our clinical service delivery. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinical operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Design and implement clinical workflows and processes that maximize efficiency and quality outcomes
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational targets are met
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with clinical, executive, and technology stakeholders to align operational strategy with organizational goals
• Identify process gaps and drive data-informed improvements across clinical operations
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of clinical operations, healthcare management, or related leadership experience
• Demonstrated success managing and mentoring clinical teams
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and quality frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience in process improvement and operational optimization within healthcare settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, clinical science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and lead distributed teams effectively
