Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and communications for regulatory compliance and alignment with applicable advertising standards
• Assess marketing initiatives for compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain marketing compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and product teams to embed compliance into campaign planning and execution
• Conduct compliance audits and ongoing monitoring of marketing activities across channels
• Document compliance evaluations and maintain comprehensive audit trails for regulatory review
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments to keep Wellington's compliance practices current
• Mentor and train marketing teams on compliance requirements and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal and compliance roles
• Deep knowledge of marketing regulations, advertising standards, and relevant industry frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
• Solid project management and organizational capabilities
• Comfortable with compliance systems, documentation, and regulatory tracking tools
