The Opportunity

Join Wellsky as an Account Executive IV and lead enterprise-level relationships in the home health and hospice market. In this senior sales role, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving expansion within existing clients while closing net-new business. You'll partner with healthcare executives and operational leaders to deploy cloud-based software that transforms patient care delivery and operational efficiency. This position combines strategic account planning with direct sales leadership, requiring someone who thrives in complex healthcare environments and builds lasting client partnerships.

Core Duties

  • Own and grow a strategic account portfolio, driving revenue expansion and retention for home health and hospice organizations
  • Develop and execute customized account plans that align with enterprise client goals and Wellsky's business objectives
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder, multi-month sales cycles involving clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and close upsells for additional Wellsky solutions
  • Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account health
  • Forecast pipeline accurately, manage CRM activities, and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Represent Wellsky at healthcare industry conferences and in-person client engagement events

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with proven success managing large account portfolios
  • Direct sales experience in healthcare software, ideally home health, hospice, behavioral health, or related sectors
  • Deep knowledge of home health and hospice operations, challenges, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional ability to engage C-level executives and influence complex organizational buying decisions
  • Strong forecasting, negotiation, and deal-closing skills with consistent quota attainment
  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and modern sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
