Position Summary

As a Personal Banker at WF's Mission Viejo location, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor for our retail customers. Your role combines relationship-building, sales acumen, and operational expertise to deliver comprehensive banking services that help customers meet their financial goals. You'll work in a dynamic branch environment, interacting directly with customers and collaborating with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive outreach and regular follow-up
• Manage customer accounts including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate WF products and services
• Open new accounts and process account applications accurately and efficiently
• Process loan applications and guide customers through the approval process
• Cross-sell credit cards, investment products, and insurance solutions
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current rates, products, and promotional offerings
• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies
• Meet personal and team sales targets while maintaining service quality standards
• Provide prompt, courteous service to walk-in customers and handle inquiries professionally

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service and sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
