Shift Supervisor Bahia Blanca

Delivery Hero is seeking a dedicated full-time Shift Supervisor to lead operations at our Bahia Blanca hub in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You'll manage shift teams, oversee delivery coordination, and maintain service excellence across a fast-paced logistics environment.

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role within Delivery Hero's Buenos Aires operations. Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring efficient delivery logistics and timely order fulfillment
• Lead, motivate, and manage shift team members, providing guidance and support
• Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with operational standards and safety protocols
• Respond to real-time operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth handoffs between shifts
• Track shift performance data and provide feedback to help drive continuous improvement
• Support customer communication when needed and handle escalations professionally

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven supervisory, team lead, or management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience in logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain management (preferred)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards
