Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking skilled installers for satellite internet systems in the Saarbrücken area. You will travel to residential customers to perform complete installations, including:

• Determining optimal equipment placement using mobile app diagnostics
• Planning and executing cable routing into the home, coordinating with the customer on entry points (drilling may be required)
• Connecting router hardware via supplied ethernet cabling
• Completing step-by-step installation procedures through the app interface
• Documenting installations with before-and-after photography
• Conducting final connection speed tests

When customers request additional services on-site—such as connecting their devices to the new router—you may offer these as add-on services to increase your per-job compensation.

What We're Looking For

• Practical handyman skills; experience with antenna mounting or similar outdoor installations is advantageous but not required
• Comfortable using smartphone applications for diagnostics and documentation
• Own tools, ladder, and safety equipment
• Punctuality and professional, friendly demeanor with customers
• Valid trade license (Gewerbeschein) or willingness to register one—our client provides guidance on this straightforward process

Pay

Pay is processed through the client's contractor system. Note that this is freelance/self-employed work requiring a trade license.
