About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential photography platform startup based in Osnabrück. This is a mandatory internship position (Pflichtpraktikum) in project management and customer operations, ideal for students pursuing degrees in business administration, media management, event management, or communications.

You'll serve as the central interface between clients requesting photography services and a nationwide network of professional photographers, ensuring seamless coordination from initial inquiry through final image delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming photography requests for weddings, proposals, events, and special occasions; prepare quotes, follow up professionally, and close bookings
• Match appropriate photographers from the network based on project requirements, coordinate schedules, and provide comprehensive shoot briefings
• Manage end-to-end project workflows including appointment coordination, online gallery management, and forwarding client selections to retouching teams
• Provide responsive customer support, developing pragmatic solutions for schedule changes, cancellations, or last-minute client requests
• Maintain internal tracking systems, databases, and documentation; actively optimize recurring processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student seeking a multi-month mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as required by your university program in business, media/event management, communications, or related field
• Strong communication skills with enthusiasm for direct client and vendor contact via chat, email, and phone; ability to strike the right tone in all interactions
• Excellent organizational abilities to track multiple parallel projects, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously
• Hands-on mentality with independent working style, proactive thinking, and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken); basic English proficiency advantageous
• Must provide documentation from your university confirming internship requirements (Studienordnung)
