Brand Agent (m/w/d) – Makaro Store Berlin – Minijob – 8h/Woche

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail client in Berlin seeking a Brand Agent for their store location. In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand and create meaningful connections with customers.

• Actively engage with customers, providing expert consultation and completing sales transactions
• Represent the brand values and communicate the product story to visitors
• Support customer and press events held at the store location
• Maintain the welcoming atmosphere that defines the retail experience

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing personality with confidence approaching and engaging with people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented while maintaining strong teamwork abilities
• Reliable and responsible work ethic
• Excellent German language skills required; additional languages are advantageous
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
• Availability for 8 hours per week on a monthly rotating schedule
