Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential wellness brand based in Hamburg, is seeking a working student (Werkstudent:in) to support their marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of marketing activities across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting online marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Assisting with e-commerce shop management and conversion optimization
• Contributing to brand partnership projects, from planning through to execution
• Developing content ideas for social media and helping create posts, stories, and reels
• Supporting community management across social platforms
• Assisting with event preparation and execution
• Providing customer service support
• Processing orders from retail partners

You will collaborate closely with the team using project management tools and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and develop creative ideas.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and e-commerce
• Experience working with WooCommerce, Canva, and Asana
• Confident and effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Reliable work style with ability to contribute your own ideas
• Enthusiastic about the wellness and supplements industry
• Proactive approach and willingness to get involved across various tasks

Pay

Compensation for this position ranges from €18–20 gross per hour, depending on your relevant experience and skills. This is a working student position (Werkstudent:in) with flexible hours that accommodate your university schedule. The office is centrally located in Hamburg near Johnsallee, making it convenient to balance your studies with work.
