Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential experiential marketing agency for an exciting pop-up store project running from December 1st to December 23rd, 2026 in Düsseldorf. Our talent team is seeking motivated, communicative event staff to support various guest-facing and operational activities in this unique retail concept.

Weekly hours will be up to 40 hours. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may be assigned to different areas including:

• Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their visit
• Supporting check-in and registration processes
• Explaining and supervising interactive experience stations
• Running prize draws, contests, and promotional activities
• Assisting with bar service, beverage preparation, and hospitality duties
• Supporting special events and programming within the pop-up space
• Helping with on-site organizational workflows
• Ensuring a professional and positive guest experience at all times

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, communicative personality who enjoys interacting with people
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Reliable, responsible, and strong team player
• Ability to maintain composure and oversight in busy, dynamic situations
• Ideally prior experience in events, promotional work, hospitality, retail, or guest services—though not required
• Enthusiasm for varied project work and ability to adapt quickly to different tasks
• Strong German language skills; English proficiency is advantageous
• Availability between December 1st and December 23rd, 2026

Pay

Compensation will be discussed during the screening process and is based on short-term employment regulations in Germany. Please note that this opportunity is subject to the 70-day annual limit for kurzfristige Beschäftigung.
