Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology support platform seeking field installation technicians for satellite internet systems in the Munich area. In this role, you will:
- Travel to residential customer locations to install satellite internet hardware
- Determine optimal equipment placement using the manufacturer's mobile app
- Plan and execute simple cable routing into the home, coordinating with the customer (drilling may be required)
- Connect networking equipment using supplied cables
- Complete step-by-step installation procedures via the manufacturer's app
- Document installations with before-and-after photography
- Perform final speed tests to verify connectivity
- Offer additional on-site services when customers request them, increasing your per-job earnings
What We're Looking For
- Practical hands-on skills; experience with antenna mounting or similar installations is a plus but not required
- Comfortable using smartphone applications for work coordination and documentation
- Own tools, ladder, and safety equipment
- Punctuality and professional, friendly demeanor with customers
- Business registration (Gewerbeschein) or willingness to obtain one – our client provides guidance on this straightforward process
- German language proficiency for customer communication

Pay
Compensation is structured per completed job, not hourly. Our client offers €100 per completed installation plus travel reimbursement based on region. Additional fees apply when customers request supplementary services beyond standard installation. Pay details and contract structure will be discussed during the client interview stage.
