Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technical support provider in the DACH region. Our client is seeking independent satellite internet installers to complete on-site installations for residential customers in the Hamburg area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Determining optimal equipment placement using mobile application guidance
• Planning and executing basic cable routing into the residence, coordinating with the homeowner
• Performing minor drilling work where necessary
• Connecting networking equipment via provided cabling
• Completing step-by-step setup procedures through the installation app
• Documenting installations with before-and-after photos
• Conducting final connectivity testing
• Offering optional add-on services such as device configuration (billed separately)

What We're Looking For

• Handwerk skills and comfort with physical installation work; antenna or similar mounting experience is a plus but not required
• Confident smartphone usage for app-based workflows
• Your own tools, ladder, and safety equipment
• Punctuality and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor
• A registered trade license (Gewerbeschein), or willingness to register one — our client provides guidance on this straightforward process

Pay

The client offers approximately €100 per completed installation, plus travel reimbursement based on distance, plus potential additional fees for customer-requested add-on services. Our client also provides complimentary online certification (approximately two hours to complete) before your first assignment.

Compensation is paid directly by the client under freelance terms.
