About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their analytics product area. This is a hybrid role based in Hamburg, Germany, requiring two office days per week.

Our client is building workplace technology solutions that help organizations better understand and act on their data. In this role, you will own the complete product strategy and execution for analytics features, working closely with a dedicated engineering and design team to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the day-to-day product roadmap for analytics, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution
  • Partner closely with engineering leads and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality analytics experiences
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to the broader company product strategy
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to drive innovation in analytics and data products
  • Serve as the key liaison between your product team and internal stakeholders with structured, clear communication
  • Manage product requests in a transparent, organized manner
  • Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ideally, prior focus on analytics or data products
  • Solid understanding of modern product discovery and product management practices
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable owning a product roadmap from opportunity identification through stakeholder communication
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus
