Commercial Analytics Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential meal kit company in their search for a Commercial Analytics Manager based in London. Our client is a fast-growing organization in the food delivery sector, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape analytical strategy and drive data-informed product improvements.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll build and maintain BI infrastructure, lead strategic analytical projects, and champion data culture across the business. You'll work closely with culinary, planning, procurement, operations, and marketing teams to deliver insights that directly impact the core product offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, building, and management of commercial BI infrastructure, delivering highly actionable Tableau dashboards
• Drive improvements in data quality and analytical tooling across multiple teams
• Champion data culture across the organization, influencing how teams adopt and act on insights
• Ideate, scope, and lead strategic analytical projects focused on core product enhancements
• Conduct deep analysis of large datasets to extract key insights supporting product improvements
• Present recommendations and obtain approval from senior management
• Identify, develop, and implement new analytical approaches and processes while optimizing existing workflows
• Collaborate closely with culinary, menu planning, analytics, procurement, operations, and marketing functions
• Work with international counterparts to identify and leverage synergies

What We're Looking For

• Natural leadership ability with proven experience inspiring and influencing teams without formal authority
• Strong experience using Tableau with solid data visualization expertise
• Essential: SQL proficiency; Python experience is a significant plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent analytical capabilities with ability to communicate quantitative concepts clearly to all business levels
• Professional background in high-performance, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Experience leading interactions with senior stakeholders
• Strong project management competencies
• Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally across teams and departments
• Genuine interest in leveraging data to solve real business challenges
• Keen interest in making significant impact within a growing organization
