Marketing Event Manager – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential dental technology client in their search for a Marketing Event Manager to lead trade show and field marketing activities across EMEA. This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end event execution for a high-growth organization transforming a traditional industry through innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for 30+ trade shows annually across EMEA, including securing opportunities, coordinating shipments, arranging stand setup, and organizing staff travel
• Own planning, execution, and performance reporting for hosted and field events, delivering data-driven insights to refine future programming
• Lead pre-event kick-off calls with onsite teams to train and prepare for successful selling experiences
• Manage the post-event lead lifecycle, ensuring timely data entry, lead assignment to Sales, and immediate follow-up
• Coordinate pre- and post-show email marketing campaigns in partnership with Growth Marketing to drive booth traffic and nurture leads
• Oversee onsite operations during trade shows to ensure activities run according to schedule
• Track and reconcile event expenses to maintain budget compliance
• Recommend trade show and sponsorship opportunities based on budget and schedule parameters
• Build and maintain centralized event playbooks, SOPs, and packing lists to streamline future planning
• Track and analyze trade show performance in partnership with senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to achieve ROI benchmarks
• Support larger tier 1 and 2 trade shows including onsite management and logistics coordination

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing
• Proven success planning and managing trade shows and field events
• Exceptional project management skills with strong organizational abilities and detail focus
• Ability to thrive while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required (additional European languages a plus)
• Passion for creating world-class brand experiences that drive growth and loyalty
• Experience in B2B high-growth tech company environments (bonus)
• Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motions (bonus)
• Positive attitude and strong sense of humor (bonus)
