Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consumer health brand in Hamburg that is looking for a creative marketing intern or working student to own their social media presence. You will take charge of TikTok and Instagram, working directly with the founding team to build content that drives engagement and sales.

• TikTok management: Develop concepts, shoot, edit, and publish videos—from trending hooks to original formats you create yourself.
• Instagram content: Maintain feed and stories with consistent visual storytelling.
• Influencer & UGC coordination: Identify relevant creators, reach out, manage collaborations, and ensure we receive usable content.
• Content production: Capture your own photos and videos—product shots, lifestyle scenes, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• AI tool integration: Use AI-powered tools for image generation, copywriting, and workflow automation; help expand these internal processes.
• Strategic input: Propose new formats and channels, test them, and provide honest feedback on what works and what doesn't.

You decide which areas excite you most and shape your focus accordingly.

What We're Looking For

• Open, communicative personality eager to work closely with leadership on high-impact projects.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, AI applications, and process optimization.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
• Very good German and sufficient English language skills.
• Availability for three to six months (internship or working student arrangement).

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with Get A Job.ai and are commensurate with internship or working student standards in Hamburg.
