Sales Representative – Telehealth (Patient Conversion)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization in their search for a Sales Representative – Patient Conversion. This is a fully remote position requiring U.S. business hours availability (7am-3pm PT, with weekends off Sunday-Monday or Thursday-Friday).

Our client is building clinical and e-commerce infrastructure in a high-growth healthcare vertical. They operate with speed, minimal hierarchy, and expect strong individual ownership from their team members.

This role drives patient growth through both warm inbound lead conversion and proactive outbound outreach. You will own the full conversion journey—from first touch to scheduled calls—using phone, SMS, chat, and email channels.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound leads through consultative selling
• Conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads
• Execute structured outbound campaigns to potential patients
• Educate patients using approved, non-clinical messaging
• Handle objections with empathy and confidence
• Manage your own pipeline and prioritize follow-ups independently
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and activity KPIs
• Collaborate with care and operations teams for seamless patient onboarding
• Help refine outreach messaging and sales processes as the team scales

This is a phone-heavy role requiring strong follow-up discipline and consistent daily activity levels, including up to 50+ calls per day when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience in inside sales, telesales, or high-ticket sales
• Proven remote sales experience (required)
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, or wellness preferred
• Strong hunter mentality combined with consultative selling ability
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Professional-level English communication skills
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours
• Proficient with CRM systems, Slack, Dialpad, and spreadsheets
• Ability to provide a 30-second Loom video introduction highlighting relevant sales experience

Pay
