About This Opportunity

We're seeking a Design Engineer to join a fully remote team building cutting-edge solutions from the ground up. This role offers maximum ownership and the opportunity to work directly with experienced founders and engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core early-stage engineering initiatives in the aerospace technology domain
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable technical solutions and systems with complete autonomy
• Drive critical engineering milestones to support rapid growth objectives
• Collaborate directly with department leadership, engineers, researchers, and commercial teams
• Take end-to-end ownership of design and technical decisions without layers of approval

What We're Looking For

• Currently based in Europe or the Americas, or open to remote arrangements in those regions
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in aerospace, mechanical design, or related technical fields
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects
• Experience building solutions from 0-to-1, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-execution environment focused on market validation and scalable traction
