Product Manager – Investment Products

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Product Manager to shape digital investment and financial planning experiences. This role focuses on building tools that help customers understand their financial position, evaluate investment options, and make informed decisions with confidence.

You will work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and analytics—collaborating with design, engineering, research, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive digital solutions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Influence product strategy and identify opportunities that support customer financial goals
• Define and improve digital experiences for investment tools and portfolio analysis capabilities
• Own product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and delivery timelines
• Partner with design teams to simplify complex financial concepts into accessible, actionable experiences
• Use customer research, usability testing, behavioral analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research to define requirements and manage dependencies
• Build alignment across senior leaders, legal, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Define and track KPIs including engagement, conversion, satisfaction, and business outcomes
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, requirements development, and product delivery

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years leading customer-facing digital products with engineering, design, and research teams
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery
• Strong product judgment, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Analytical skills and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions
• Experience using customer research, usability testing, UX principles, and product analytics to inform decisions
• Experience in cross-functional, agile product development environments
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for product management activities
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available, including CPT/OPT)

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech, financial services, retirement, investing, or regulated product environments
• Track record navigating full product lifecycle and simplifying financial concepts for digital audiences
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Heap, or Tableau
• Ability to independently investigate customer behavior, monitor funnels, and translate insights into improvements
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI throughout the product development lifecycle
