Customs Agent (Export-Finnish team)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking an Export Declarant to support their Finnish-language export operations team. In this role, you will prepare and submit export declarations with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. You will manage documentation to ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations and organize orders to meet customer deadlines. The position involves working independently on routine daily tasks while collaborating with the export team when support or clarification is needed. This is a stable, responsible role within an international environment where you will work closely with key accounts.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision in all work
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
• Commitment and a responsible attitude toward handling sensitive export documentation
• Strong computer skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Experience handling and processing large volumes of data in XML-based systems
• Ability to process dozens of XML messages simultaneously without errors
• Finnish language proficiency required for this team
