About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential outsourcing organization seeking an Executive Recruiter to join their talent acquisition division. This role focuses on sourcing and placing senior-level candidates across Health, Education, and Banking sectors. You'll work closely with our recruiting team to identify top-tier professionals and build strategic talent pipelines for white-collar and executive positions.

Location: Pakistan (Offshore/Onshore arrangements available)

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive and active candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted headhunting strategies
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical executive and white-collar positions
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and competency-based assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
• Present thoroughly vetted candidate profiles with detailed assessments to hiring stakeholders
• Maintain current knowledge of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability across Health, Education, and Banking sectors
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and labor law requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems
• Collaborate with recruitment leadership to understand client specifications and refine search strategies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on executive and white-collar hiring
• Proven success recruiting in Health, Education, or Banking sectors is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and professional networking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
