Role Overview
As a Roadside Assistance Truck Driver with Aaamidatlantic in Dayton, OH, you'll be the critical link between our dispatch center and motorists in distress. Driving a fully equipped service vehicle, you'll provide immediate roadside support—whether that means changing tires, jump-starting dead batteries, unlocking vehicles, or arranging towing services. Your reliability, professionalism, and mechanical knowledge will earn you the trust of members and dispatchers alike.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to dispatched roadside assistance calls across the Dayton area
- Safely operate and navigate service vehicles to job locations
- Perform hands-on roadside services including tire changes, battery assistance, lockout services, and fuel delivery
- Assess vehicle conditions and determine whether roadside repair is possible or if towing is necessary
- Coordinate with dispatch and towing partners to ensure seamless member service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service calls
- Uphold safety protocols and best practices in all weather and traffic conditions
- Provide courteous, professional customer service during stressful situations

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
