Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join our client, a confidential digital marketing organization based in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Lead the team as the primary point of contact for internal talent and influencers
• Acquire new cooperation partners, prepare proposals, and manage incoming partnership inquiries
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
• Develop content concepts and formats in collaboration with talent, supporting implementation
• Coordinate between talent and partners, planning schedules and ensuring talent well-being
• Identify and acquire potential new talent for existing and future formats and productions
• Foster forward-thinking approaches and create new opportunities beyond traditional artist representation in close collaboration with talent

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency)
• Strong interest and keen sense for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, particularly regarding new trends and technologies
• Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
• Experience implementing and/or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
• Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven team collaboration abilities
