Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to lead talent operations. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talent, leading the artist management team
• Acquire new cooperation partners, prepare offers, and manage incoming partnership requests
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with providers and service partners
• Develop content concepts and formats in collaboration with talent, supporting implementation
• Coordinate between talent and partners, plan assignments, and ensure talent well-being
• Identify and recruit potential new talent for current and future formats
• Foster forward-thinking approaches and create opportunities beyond traditional artist roles in close collaboration with talent

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency)
• Strong interest and intuition for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, particularly regarding emerging trends and technologies
• Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
• Proven experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
• Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and team-oriented mindset
