About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential footwear and retail organization in Detmold, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. We are seeking a Werkstudent (working student) to join their E-Commerce & Retail Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing studies in business, logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the E-Commerce & Retail Operations team in daily business activities
- Contribute to projects in the e-commerce, retail, and omnichannel space
- Assist with fulfillment, warehouse, and transport processes
- Independently optimize and automate processes using modern tools and AI-based analysis methods
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in business administration, economics, or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce
- Self-directed, structured, and reliable work approach with strong numerical aptitude
- Quick learner with willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and applications
- Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for designing, optimizing, and automating processes
- Interest in digitalization, modern tools, and AI-based solutions
- Proficient use of MS Office products
- Responsible, highly engaged team player who values constructive collaboration
- German language proficiency required for this role
