Project Manager – Software Implementation (m/f/x)

We are representing a confidential client in the sustainable product technology sector who is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation projects across Europe. This is a remote, permanent position for someone passionate about driving digital transformation and complex system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of software projects focused on system connections and integrations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope
• Maintain and update comprehensive project plans while proactively identifying and managing project risks
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure appropriate expertise is available for each project phase
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular project updates and effective issue resolution
• Contribute to standardization of project implementation methodology and development of project templates
• Generate thorough project and solution documentation outlining goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Handle all customer communication across multiple projects, ensuring clear and timely stakeholder engagement

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in project management or related technical field required
• Background in Electronics/Electricals
• Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience specifically in software implementations
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies
• Experience managing complex data projects where systematic approaches are critical to success
• Strong proficiency with software tools and data manipulation/analysis
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box and find disruptive solutions to challenging data problems
• Currently residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU
