Your Responsibilities

• Leadership of the team as primary contact for internal talents.
• Responsibility for acquiring new cooperation partners, creating offers, and handling incoming inquiries.
• Exercising negotiation skills in contract agreements and price negotiations with providers and service suppliers.
• Development of concepts and content formats in collaboration with talents and supporting their implementation.
• Coordination between talents and our partners, planning their engagements, and ensuring their well-being.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant fields such as media management, marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, social media, or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Affinity for technology and software systems used in the industry.
