Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for internal talents
- Support in finding new cooperation partners, create new offers, and handle incoming requests
- Show your negotiation skills during contract agreements and price negotiations with providers and service suppliers (partners)
- Develop concepts together with talents, including content formats, and support their implementation
- Facilitate communication between talents and our partners, plan their deployment, and coordinate activities
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in artist management, media/social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies. Proficiency in software systems is essential. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently within a flat hierarchy are required.
