What This Role Involves

- Support internal talent agreements and negotiations
- Seek out new partnership opportunities, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
- Develop negotiation skills for contracts and pricing discussions with suppliers and service providers (partners)
- Collaborate with artist managers to develop concepts and content formats for talents
- Serve as a liaison between artists and partners, plan their activities
