Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing

About This Position

As an Account Supervisor in Influencer Marketing at Praytell, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns while serving as the central point of contact for key clients. This role combines strategic relationship building with hands-on campaign oversight, positioning you as the essential link between client objectives and creative influencer collaboration. You'll develop partnerships with creators, guide campaign execution, and ensure every project delivers results that exceed both client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate influencer relationships through targeted outreach, rate negotiation, and ongoing partnership communication
• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from initial strategy and planning through performance analysis and reporting
• Act as the primary client liaison, delivering regular campaign updates, presenting analytics-driven results, and responding to feedback and requests
• Manage campaign calendars, deliverable schedules, and asset approvals across clients, creators, and internal teams
• Track campaign performance using analytics platforms and prepare comprehensive reports that demonstrate ROI and strategic insights
• Partner with creative and strategy teams to optimize campaign approaches and identify new partnership opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of influencer contracts, rates, performance history, and partnership terms

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated account management or supervisory experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing domains
• Working knowledge of influencer platforms, audience analytics, and the creator ecosystem
• Strong communication abilities across client presentations, influencer negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven capacity to juggle multiple campaigns and competing priorities without sacrificing quality
• Natural relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with both brand stakeholders and content creators
• Analytical capability to evaluate campaign data and translate metrics into strategic recommendations
• Comfort using project management and communication software
