Tolling Operations Specialist

PrePass is hiring a Tolling Operations Specialist for a full-time remote position. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, accurate tolling operations and delivering excellent support to our customers throughout Arizona and across North America.

About the Role

As a Tolling Operations Specialist, you'll manage day-to-day tolling operations and serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. You'll combine technical problem-solving with customer-focused support, monitoring systems to ensure accuracy and reliability while resolving inquiries and operational issues. This position is essential to maintaining PrePass's reputation as a trusted tolling partner.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor tolling transactions and system operations to ensure accurate processing and timely settlement
• Handle customer inquiries regarding tolling accounts, charges, and account management requests
• Investigate transaction discrepancies, billing disputes, and operational anomalies
• Process account adjustments and service requests while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Generate operational reports and track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex tolling issues and improve processes
• Maintain detailed records and ensure data accuracy across all systems
