Marketing Coordinator

PrePass is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, United States in a full-time role. This position offers the opportunity to support our marketing operations and contribute to campaigns that reach audiences across the transportation and logistics sectors.

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator at PrePass, you'll be the organized backbone of our marketing team, handling the details that make campaigns run smoothly. You'll work cross-functionally to coordinate marketing initiatives, manage communications, and help drive the execution of strategies that connect with our target audiences in Phoenix and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns from conception through execution and measurement
• Assist in creating and formatting marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and collateral
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and project timelines to keep marketing initiatives on track
• Maintain and organize marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign records
• Support event planning and promotional activities
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reporting for stakeholders
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate messaging and timing
• Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, data entry, and documentation

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or some college coursework preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with marketing software or CRM platforms
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes
• Enthusiasm for marketing and interest in the transportation or technology sectors a plus
