Life Time is hiring a full-time Social Media & Events Coordinator in Champions Gate, Polk County to power member experiences across our adult sports and community programming. If you thrive on logistics, storytelling, and bringing people together through events, this on-site role was made for you.

About the Role

As the Social Media & Events Coordinator at Life Time in Champions Gate, you will provide hands-on logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team while championing adult programming across Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. Your work keeps every adult sports offering inside the club running smoothly, ensuring members enjoy a vibrant, well-organized, and rewarding program from sign-up through game day.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day logistics that keep events and adult sports programming on schedule and fully supported.
• Partner with the Events and Corporate Communications team to plan, prepare, and execute member-facing activities.
• Support all adult sports offerings within the club, including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops.
• Help build and maintain a successful, robust program so members can participate and compete with ease.
• Assist with promotion and social media communication to drive awareness and engagement around club events and leagues.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a knack for managing event logistics and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities suited to social media and member outreach.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for sports and community programming.
• Comfortable working on-site, full-time, at the Champions Gate, Polk County location.
