About the Role

As a Cash and Trade Processing Representative at Citigroup in Newark, New Castle County, you will support the day-to-day operations that keep cash and trade transactions moving accurately and on schedule. Working closely with the Transaction Services team, you will handle standard and recurring processing tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment where precision and quality are paramount. This is an on-site position with a four-day schedule of Friday through Monday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (10-hour shifts).

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out basic and routine cash and trade processing activities in partnership with the Transaction Services team.
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and quality while meeting processing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure transactions are completed correctly and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and operational controls throughout each shift.
