As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the voice connecting PrePass with fleet managers, compliance officers, and transportation business owners who depend on our solutions to streamline operations and meet regulatory standards. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing, building relationships with clients across the region and beyond. This is an opportunity to represent a trusted brand in the transportation industry while developing your sales expertise in a fast-growing sector.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to fleet operators and transportation companies in need of compliance solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain how PrePass services reduce costs and operational complexity
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to fleet-specific challenges
• Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and close deals within your territory
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate forecasts in our CRM system
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts

Who We're Looking For

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or transportation-related sectors
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to understand compliance and fleet operations or willingness to learn quickly
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales technology
• Comfortable working remotely with independent time management
