As an Audi Master Guild Technician with JP Euro in Wilmington, you will take ownership of complex repairs and precision diagnostics on Audi and other European marques. This is a hands-on, full-time position offering pay in the range of $50 to $65 per hour, depending on experience and certification, plus relocation assistance to help you make the move. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Audi and European vehicles, including engine, electrical, and drivetrain systems.
• Use manufacturer-level tools and software to accurately identify and resolve faults.
• Complete repairs to factory standards while meeting flat-rate and quality benchmarks.
• Document inspections, recommendations, and completed work clearly and thoroughly.
• Mentor less-experienced technicians and uphold shop safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Audi or European automotive technician, ideally at the Master Guild level.
• Strong command of diagnostic equipment and electronic repair systems.
• Relevant technical certifications (such as ASE or Audi factory training) are highly valued.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a steady workload independently.
• Willingness to relocate to or work full-time in the Wilmington, New Castle County area.
