• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Process payments, handle invoicing, and maintain detailed service records
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Assist with parts lookup and inventory management as needed
• Stay current on automotive service techniques through ongoing training provided by the shop
