About the Role
As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support to clients in their daily lives. New Horizons pairs you with structured training and ongoing supervision to help you succeed from day one. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to build a career while directly impacting your community.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and grooming tasks
- Support activities of daily living (ADL) and mobility assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition oversight
- Maintain a safe, clean living environment
- Communicate with clients and families about care needs and progress
- Follow care plans and safety protocols consistently
- Report changes in client condition to supervisors
