About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager at Translation, you'll lead product strategy and vision for key initiatives that shape how artists discover opportunities, distribute their work, and build sustainable careers. You'll work across engineering, design, and go-to-market functions to deliver experiences that genuinely serve creator needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and communicate product strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to execute strategic product initiatives
- Gather insights from artists and market stakeholders to identify new opportunities
- Drive data-informed decision making and validate assumptions through testing and analysis
- Lead product launches and oversee go-to-market execution and success metrics
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior members of the product organization
What We're Looking For
- Significant product management experience leading large-scale initiatives and platform changes
- Proven track record building and scaling marketplace or creator-economy platforms
- Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution ability and analytical rigor
