About the Role

As an Adjunct Instructor with the Graduate School of Counseling at George Fox University, you will join an as-needed teaching pool that strengthens our CACREP-accredited and TSPC-approved graduate offerings. This part-time, course-by-course opportunity is based in Progress, Washington County, and invites practitioners and scholars to share applied expertise with the next generation of counselors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver graduate-level instruction across counseling specialties, including clinical mental health counseling; marriage, couple, and family counseling; and school counseling.
  • Develop and present course material that aligns with CACREP accreditation and TSPC approval standards.
  • Mentor and assess students as they advance toward professional counseling competencies.
  • Contribute teaching capacity on an as-needed basis to support the program's continued growth.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more counseling disciplines: clinical mental health, marriage/couple/family, or school counseling.
  • Academic credentials and professional background appropriate for graduate-level instruction.
