Research Scientist

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for autonomous driving systems
• Conduct research on computer vision, perception, and decision-making technologies for smart vehicles
• Design and execute experiments to validate novel approaches and evaluate system performance
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and improve model accuracy and robustness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware specialists, and product managers
• Document findings and present research results to stakeholders and the broader technical community
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our proprietary software and hardware technologies

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, robotics, electrical engineering, or related field
• Strong background in research, with demonstrated experience developing novel algorithms or systems
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, or autonomous systems
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or other programming languages commonly used in research environments
• Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with data analysis tools and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities and comfort presenting technical work
• Passion for advancing transportation safety and intelligent vehicle technology
