About the Role
As a Caregiver at New Horizons, you'll provide direct personal care and support to clients in their homes. This is hands-on, meaningful work that centers on dignity, independence, and genuine human connection. You'll work a full-time schedule with flexibility built in, earning $20–$24 per hour depending on your shift.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Mobility assistance and safe transferring techniques
- Monitor health and report changes to supervisors and healthcare providers
- Maintain detailed, accurate care records
- Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality
What We're Looking For
