About the Role
This full-time structural designer position offers hands-on experience in a collaborative engineering environment. You'll work directly with experienced professionals on real projects, developing your technical expertise while contributing meaningfully to each phase of structural design and delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop structural design solutions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
- Prepare and review structural plans, calculations, and construction documentation
- Work with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to meet project requirements
- Research structural systems, materials, and engineering best practices
- Support senior engineers through detailed design development and technical analysis
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to design refinement and problem-solving
